How it works

It's easy and fast to send documents to e-Boks

With NextSign's integration, you can send to address level as well as CPR and CVR numbers. We ensure that the documentation is in order, and that recipients are notified within minutes. If you want extra security for the delivery, you can opt for fallback to physical mail via DAO.

Create your account at NextSign
Once you have created your account, we can help you get started with e-Boks. You can either send via NextSign or use your own e-Boks agreement with your own sender name and logo.
Create a new case
Once e-Boks is set up, you can create a case and choose how it should be sent. You can combine e-Boks with forms, document generation, and signing.
Add recipients and send
Enter the recipient's address, CPR number, or CVR number and send the case. The recipient receives notification in e-Boks and can sign with MitID. You can also add SMS notification for extra security.
Get the signature back
Once the case is signed, you will automatically be notified by email, and you can always find and retrieve the case on your NextSign account.
